With over 20 years of experience in information technology, my expertise lies in operational and strategic planning, managing stakeholder relationships, leading projects and project portfolios, and developing IT goals and objectives.

As the Information Technology Director for Mall of America®, I oversee the IT department in supporting a variety of systems, ranging from security to operations, to ensure it aligns with the business objectives of MOA®. In addition to planning, coordinating, directing and designing all operational activities of the IT department, I am responsible for keeping current with trends and issues in the IT industry and providing direction and support for IT solutions to enhance mission-critical business operations, as well as developing and managing application portfolios for every department.
