Quinn Munton – Executive Director – GPG Advisors

With more than 21 years experience in real estate operations and technology (IT/OT/PropTech), Quinn Munton specializes in infrastructure and building automation engineering and procurement; energy/operations management consultation; and cyber-security. He has worked with a broad range of institutional and corporate owner/operators, as well as REITs and those involved in the retail, commercial real estate and hospitality sectors, including several Fortune 500 companies.

For the past 15 years, Mr. Munton has focused particularly upon the IT and OT components of successful asset, energy and building system operations. He has been active in portfolio and city-wide strategic planning, engineering, operational business modeling, computer vision, AI and neural network implementation.

Mr. Munton directed client teams in the execution of long-range technology plans, large business improvement projects, packaged technology selection and implementation, and assisted in the alignment of business strategies and operations. Along the way, helping clients refine a real estate IoT strategy has become a significant part of GPG Advisers’ business.

Prior to founding GPG Advisers, Mr. Munton served as a managing director for RealFoundations and vice president of operations and engineering for a national telecommunications company. He also served as a systems manager in the development of the southern California fiber infrastructure to support a new Pacific Bell service offering called, “The Internet.”
